A recognized expert in food ingredients with master’s degrees in food science and marketing, Jacques brings 25+ years of experience with leading global companies (Tate & Lyle, Kerry, Cargill, Evonik, BASF) and a strong track record in innovation, new product and business development as well as global product management.
A recognized expert in recombinant collagen and precision fermentation with a PhD in biology, David brings 15+ years of experience as CSO and CEO in biotechnology. His background includes clinical research on collagen and the development of innovative recombinant collagen technology that led to the creation of NVH Medicinal. He is the inventor of more than 30 patents related to collagen.
